Two sites which are fairly easy are sitecube.com, which offers thousands of templates (I would say it costs about $200 to set up a fairly good site, and another $100 or so a year to keep it current). I have used them repeatedly with very good results. You can get your email through them, and if you want to get really fancy you can add music, animation, sell your books through their website (all at additional pricing, of course!). There is also Yola.com, which, I believe, is free for its most basic service. It's only one page, but if you are just starting out, it's a possibility.
